Michael Jackson is considered to be one of the world’s leading wildlife artists. Since he first exhibited he has had many sellout exhibitions in the UK, USA, Barbados and Bermuda.
His quest for inspiration has led him to travel extensively, each country offering something different and providing exciting new opportunities. A committed conservationist who has seen and painted exceptional species such as the highly endangered Bengal tiger and the mountain gorillas of Rwanda, he has been involved in fund raising for different charities such as Care For The Wild International, David Sheperd Conservation Foundation, The Sandy Lane Children’s Trust and Flora and Fauna International.
Following his recent exhibition in Barbados, three of his beautiful original artworks are currently hanging at the Jenny Blanc showroom in Barbados.
He says, “It is all of these amazing and privileged experiences that have influenced and inspired my work. I am always pushing my artistic abilities in exciting, new directions. By exploring innovative and relevant ideas I hope to achieve and expand this evolution and keep my work at the forefront of contemporary art today.”
