Jenny Blanc has admired and stocked the international perfumery brand Agraria for some years now and the new collection has just arrived in the London showroom- as you walk through the door the sophisticated mix of Lemon Verbena, Lavender & Rosemary and Balsam is quite unique and so special. Started in San Francisco in 1970 by interior designers Maurice Gibson and Stanford Stevenson, the collection is not just about very special scent combinations- every piece is so cleverly designed to add to the look of your home. It’s also well designed too. The elegant AirEssence diffusers are filled with essential oils which are alcohol-free and so last for months and months on end. The glass diffuser sits on a crystal glass tray which protects any surface it is displayed on and is stamped with an eight-petal rose symbolising rebirth and renewal. The crowning glory is a pair of balsa wood handcrafted flowers sewn onto a cotton wick. As the fragrant oils are absorbed through the wick, the flower petals change to the colour of the oil as the scent diffuses into the air. They are just made to adorn a bedroom or bathroom.
We always want our showroom collections to be packaged beautifully and Agraria are on the mark. The Aromatherapy Bath Salts are stunning. Shapely boxes are finished in custom-designed gold-foil paper and filled with two pounds of bath salts from the Dead Sea scented with essential oils. The scoop is a scallop shell. We’ve also decided to stock the hand soap, Hand & Body Lotion and Bath & Shower Gel. Nothing like shopping early for Christmas at the London showroom!
