Andrew Hewkin MA

For the past forty years Andrew Hewkin has travelled the world painting the countries he has visited.  He has exhibited in London every year since 1974 and is widely collected, mainly by private collectors and collections.

“Hewkin reveals that he is one of the few genuine surrealist painters working in England today.”  (The Daily Telegraph)

In January/February 2013 he returned to Barbados where he produced a portfolio of work and studies specifically for his Barbados, St Peters Bay Exhibition.  This was his first show in Barbados for 10 years.  Opening in December 2013, it was scheduled to run through to February 2014 but due to public demand was extended to the end of April 2014.
